Want to calculate Express Shipping or International Shipping? There are two ways to do this. The 1st way is to click on the Shipping Tab on the actual product page. Enter the info asked for and your Express or International Shipping rates will be displayed. You can also add all items to your cart and then proceed to secure checkout. Enter your email and shipping address and all Express and Priority Mail International Rates will be displayed.
Most orders will ship the same day if ordered by 4:00 p.m. EST. However, some orders may be delayed 1 or 2 days if the order qualifies for free shipping and there are multiple items on the order. (unless express shipping is chosen) Due to the amount of warehouses we have, we may wait for items to arrive in one central warehouse for shipping. Candlepin, Duckpin and Linds orders need to be in by 1:00 p.m. EST.
Custom Bowling Balls and Bowling Balls that fall under our Custom Bowling Ball pages have a lead time of 2-4 weeks for production and shipping. Even with Express Shipping, these orders will take 2-4 weeks for production.
What if I pay for 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Shipping and it is delayed by UPS?
If
you do not receive your order in the proper time frame for your
Expedited Shipping, Bowlerstore.com will refund your shipping cost in
full. The day the product ships
does not count as an actual ship day per UPS and USPS policy. Example:
You choose 1 Day shipping on Monday before 4pm EST, your order will be
delivered on Tuesday.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Orders are processed as soon as they are received, so shipping information or changing items cannot happen. However, we can complete a UPS Delivery Intercept for you. There is a $15.00 fee assessed by UPS that we will then pass on to you.
International Shipping Information
We Ship Worldwide! Rates are automatically once you enter your address in the shopping cart. You can also complete the information on the product page under the Shipping Tab for rate estimates. Priority Mail International delivery times are 6-10 business days. Express Mail is 4-8 business days. UPS Worldwide Expedite is 2-3 business day. UPS Worldwide Express is 1-2 business days. UPS Standard to Canada is 3-5 business days.
International Shipping Duty, Taxes, Brokerage
All orders from outside of the United States are paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal duty, taxes and/or customs clearance charges in the destination country. These fees are paid by the customer. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, or the package is returned because it cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer will not be refunded the shipping fees. However, you will be refunded for the merchandise.
If you choose UPS Standard to Canada, UPS will assess you a brokerage fee on top of duties/taxes. UPS Worldwide Expedited to Canada will not charge a brokerage fee. Priority Mail International also does not have any brokerage fees, but are still subject to duties/taxes.
